Plan Indonesia with Gap Inc. are planning to conduct program transition, re-strategize the intervention and target area, and plan start to implement the PACE program in 50 junior high schools in Bandung Regency for girls aged 11-13 years, specifically to schools that has been participated in previous PACE project. ROLE PURPOSE The Project Officer will support and assist PACE Project Coordinator in the implementation and achievement of the project objectives and outputs, strengthening youth-led and youth-centered initiatives. S/he is responsible for the successful implementation of the PACE project and for growing the project portfolio. S/he will support the Project Coordinator to strengthen PACE Project management in specific, and Program Adolescent Health and Agency in general. The PACE project plans to reach junior high school educators and counselors in 50 targeted schools and have a module refreshment, increased facilitation skills and knowledge to deliver soft critical skills programming to adolescents ages 11-13; and junior high school students ages 11-13 in the 50 target schools have improved their knowledge for the critical life skills taught in the modules younger girls.
